Anushka Sharma is a Bollywood actor and producer. She has been awarded numerous acting prizes and is considered to be one of the most well-paid actors. Nush clothes for women are the brand she is associated with and she is the ambassador of a variety of brands. Forbes Magazine also featured her. Anushka Sharma was the youngest child of Kumar Sharma (retd.) and Ashima Sharma. She was born in Ayodhya UP on 1 May 1988. Anushka was the daughter of the retired colonel. Her mother works as domestic helper. Karnesh, Anushka Sharma's older brother who served in Merchant Navy is now a filmmaker. Anushka has completed her studies at Army School in Bangalore, followed by an undergraduate bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) at Mount Carmel College. Anushka is a master of studies in economics. Anushka would like to be a journalist or model rather than an actor. Anushka was enrolled into Elite Model Management after graduating and was trained by Prasad Bidapa, the stylist consultant. Anushka was first spotted in 2017 at Wendell Rodricks Les Vamps Show. She was also selected for the spring collection Summer 2007 by Rodricks. After her modeling debut at Lakme Fashion Week Anushka did various campaigns for companies like and she's done ads for their Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry as well as Fiat Palio etc. Anushka started giving auditions for film alongside her modelling. In 2008, Anushka Sharma was the first actress to make her debut in the film Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi with Shah Rukh Khan. She took one day to prepare for her test on screen and didn't want to make an unplanned version. Then, she signed on for three films in collaboration with Yash Raj Films. In the film, she performed the role of a young girl who got married to a middle-aged man (the character Shah Rukh Khan is playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. In 2010 Anushka Sharma appeared in the film "Badmash Co' alongside Shahid Kapoor Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das as well as Meiyang Chang. The movie received mixed review. Anushka appeared alongside Ranveer in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat', in which she portrayed a Punjabi middle class girl who launched her own venture. It received positive reviews. Anushka finished her deal of three films together with Yash Raj Films after Band Baaja Baaraat.
